I would like to give a personal thank you to following: Tamika & Sarah on concierge, they went over and above to ensure my partner and I had the very best time, they helped arrange the most amazing birthday surprises and day out for my partner. They were always on hand if/when we needed anything. Tamika went beyond in providing the very best concierge assistance – like no other! Damian (guest services) – excellent support with any requests we had and an extremely fast turnaround. The chef in Cleo (I didn’t catch her name, but her birthday was 6th July) – not only provided us with a tasty breakfast daily but also offered a mass of exceptional recommendations of things to do, she brightened up our mornings. Gardeners (again, didn’t get their names) – they worked on the palm trees around the pools and in the drive to SLS entrance, removed the coconuts! I sometimes feel these staff are overlooked in the contribution they provide to vacation goers, but these guys helped us out when we were lost, needed advice and much more – all with a smile! Shawn (bell boy) – Amazing service, went out of his way continually to help us out. All of the above-mentioned individuals contributed to making this our best holiday ever!
